The Great Utah Shakeout!
Every year Willow Springs students join other public entities in the Great Utah Shakeout, a statewide emergency drill intended to help individuals, families, businesses, and schools prepare for the next earthquake. This preparation seems especially relevant this year after we experienced earthquakes and aftershocks in March.
The statewide drill will take place on April 16 at 10:15 a.m. If parents and students are unable to participate at that specific time or date but still want to hold this drill in their household, we encourage parents to initiate the drill whenever it is convenient.
