Willow Springs Elementary Halloween Parade will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 and is scheduled to begin at 9:15 am. All students are invited to wear their costumes to school and can bring additional clothing if they’d like to change into their regular school clothes following the parade.
When selecting a costume, please consider the following district rules:
- Students may not wear masks or other items that minimize their vision.
- Weapons (real and facsimile) are not permitted.
- We encourage students to be creative with their costumes but to avoid blood and gore as part of their costumes.
