  • Discuss TSI Status
  • Arts Integration Presentation: Mindy Van De Graaff
    • Mindy would love SCC to advocate to CSD to continue her 8 hrs allocated and SCC match that amount slotting
    • Presentation By Mindy Van De Graaaff on what she does and how the funding would be used.
    • Showed how the art integration works, April 22nd will be our art night (3 make and take projects)
    • SCC will send letter to district asking them to help fund Mindy by March 1st
  • Review current year’s LAND Trust plan, data, expenditures, and review if spending is on course or if amendments are necessary
    • Shared hiring changes we are able to support. We have some additional funds we need to allocate appropriately. 
    • Additional funds allocation: Full-time behavior assistant (Miss Liz), Part-time behavior assistant (Posted), ML Interventionist to full time.
    • Mrs. White shared about the school plan for “Paw-sitive Choice Time.  Students can earn 30 minutes of fun time or they can go to Study Hall if they need to finish work or have had behavior issues.
    • Annie Dixon shared how the grades are progressing on goals we set. (see attached)
    • Take home from Prin Hansen -We need to work on math and have math goals. 
    • TSI Status- Principal Hansen explained what it is. (Federal Program)
    • We are identified for the following groups-students with disabilities.
    • Discussed our plan to address our needs
    • Discussed RISE and parents that are opting their kids out.
  • Continue writing TSSP and LAND Trust plans for next school year
    • Might need separate goals for upper and lower grades.
    • Megan Ord asked about having more parents come help the teachers regularly. Mrs White and Annie explained how parent help and availability can vary so much. 
    • Paying for aides, interventionists, assistants, social worker, arts integration, subs and software
    • Motion to go overtime-Jessica, seconded-Shalisse               
    • Principal Hansen showed a breakdown of how she would like the additional funds to be spent
