- Welcome
- Review and Approve Minutes from September
- Review Current Year’s LAND trust plan, data, expenditures and review if spending is on course or if amendments are necessary
- Discuss potential 30 second video for $2,500 grant from LAND Trust (due Nov 14 by 8pm)
- Grant will be awarded based on creativity & the impact Trust Lands funding has on our school
- Must be accompanied by a 250 words or less description of the academic goal and action plan steps related in the video
- Finalize Safe Walking Routes reports (Due Oct 31)
- Revising Bylaws to include:
- Exact number of parent members & school employee members
- Add staggered terms
- Describe process of electing a Chair (parent) & Vice Chair (parent or school employee)
- Grounds for member removal
- Filling vacancies
- Conflicts of INterest
- Parliamentary Order & Procedure (ie Roberts Rules of Order)
- Other Recommended Sections
- Begin Discussion on School Safety & Digital Safety Plan (due before Christmas Break)
